Refresh Sms Program
This service provides appointment reminders, treatment confirmations, post-care instructions, and promotional offers for aesthetic treatments to patients who have opted in to receive text messages from Refresh.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to +1 561-250-6169. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Introduction and Scope
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Refresh websites, landing pages, communication systems, scheduling platforms, forms, digital applications, rewards programs, account verification systems, SMS programs, and related services.
By accessing our website, submitting information, booking services, enrolling in memberships, participating in the My Refresh rewards app, requesting a verification code, redeeming rewards, communicating with Refresh, or otherwise interacting with Refresh, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you should not access or use Refresh websites, applications, platforms, services, forms, rewards programs, or communication systems.
Entity Structure and Limitation of Liability
Refresh operates across multiple locations throughout the State of Florida under separate legal entities. Each location is independently owned, operated, and controlled.
No entity operating under the Refresh brand shall be liable for the acts, omissions, services, obligations, debts, representations, communications, transactions, or liabilities of any other entity. The use of a shared brand name, marketing systems, operational processes, technology platforms, websites, applications, or communication systems does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, employment relationship, franchise relationship, shared ownership structure, or shared liability of any kind.
All services, transactions, purchases, communications, memberships, rewards activity, appointments, and interactions occur solely between you and the specific legal entity providing services at the location you engage with. Each entity expressly disclaims liability for any other affiliated, related, or similarly branded location.
Use of Refresh Platforms and Services
You agree to use Refresh websites, applications, platforms, forms, communication systems, scheduling tools, rewards programs, and services solely for lawful purposes.
You may not misuse, interfere with, attempt unauthorized access to, disrupt, manipulate, reverse engineer, copy, scrape, damage, impair, or compromise any Refresh system, account, application, website, database, communication channel, reward function, security feature, or digital platform.
Any misuse, suspected fraud, unauthorized access, abuse of rewards, false account creation, manipulation of verification systems, or violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access, cancellation of rewards, cancellation of promotional eligibility, refusal of service, and potential legal action.

All information provided through Refresh websites, applications, advertisements, SMS messages, emails, rewards platforms, booking systems, or other communication channels is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a guarantee of eligibility for any service.
All medical, aesthetic, wellness, and treatment-related services are provided only at the discretion of a licensed medical provider based on an individualized evaluation, medical history, clinical judgment, and medical appropriateness.
Results are not guaranteed and may vary by patient. Not all patients are candidates for every service, treatment, promotion, membership, or reward redemption.
Refresh SMS Program
Refresh offers SMS communications to individuals who opt in through our website, forms, booking systems, applications, rewards platforms, account registration pages, in-office forms, written consents, digital forms, or other approved consent methods.
SMS messages from Refresh may include appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, treatment confirmations, post-care instructions, account notifications, billing or membership notifications, rewards app notifications, one-time passcodes, verification codes, account authentication messages, password reset codes, reward redemption confirmations, account security alerts, customer support messages, and promotional communications related to Refresh services.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in where required, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Refresh. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Refresh, including appointment activity, account activity, membership status, rewards activity, verification requests, customer support activity, and promotional engagement. You may receive approximately 3 to 5 messages per month, although message frequency may vary depending on your activity and requests.
Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from Refresh and to Refresh from you. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier or mobile service provider.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, failed, blocked, filtered, or undelivered messages.
SMS Consent and Opt In
By providing your phone number through a Refresh website, form, application, booking system, account registration page, rewards app, in-office consent, digital consent, or other approved consent method, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Refresh at the number provided.
Messages are only sent to individuals who have provided prior express consent in accordance with applicable laws, carrier requirements, and messaging platform requirements.
Where online opt-in is used, Refresh may require the user to affirmatively select an unchecked consent box confirming permission to receive SMS messages. Consent records may include the phone number submitted, date and time of opt-in, method of opt-in, consent source, form name, page URL, IP address where available, account registration source, and the consent language presented at the time of opt-in.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
My Refresh Rewards App Verification Messages
Refresh may send one-time passcodes, verification codes, authentication messages, login confirmations, password reset codes, account access confirmations, reward redemption verification codes, fraud prevention messages, account security alerts, and other transactional account-related messages in connection with the My Refresh rewards app and related Refresh digital platforms.
By creating a My Refresh account, entering your mobile phone number, requesting a login code, resetting your password, verifying your identity, accessing your rewards account, redeeming rewards, participating in the rewards program, or otherwise using the My Refresh rewards app, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Refresh for account verification, authentication, fraud prevention, account security, reward redemption verification, customer support, and related transactional purposes.
My Refresh verification messages are transactional and account-related. They are sent only when initiated by the user or when reasonably necessary to authenticate, administer, protect, or verify the user’s account, rewards activity, or requested action.
My Refresh verification messages are not marketing messages and are not intended to advertise or promote services. Promotional SMS messages, if any, are handled separately and require appropriate consent.
Message frequency for My Refresh verification messages varies based on account activity, login attempts, password reset requests, reward redemption activity, security activity, and verification requests.
Consent to receive My Refresh verification messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, failed, blocked, filtered, or undelivered messages.
Opt Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from Refresh.
After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive non-essential SMS messages from Refresh unless you re-enroll, opt in again, or initiate a new transactional request that requires verification.
Certain transactional, account security, authentication, legal, operational, or user-requested messages may still be sent when necessary to complete a user-requested action, verify account access, protect account security, prevent fraud, administer the My Refresh rewards app, or comply with legal, regulatory, carrier, or operational requirements.
If you want to join again, you may sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again based on your consent and activity.

Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, failed, blocked, filtered, or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from Refresh and to Refresh from you.
If you have questions about your text plan, data plan, message charges, or mobile service, please contact your wireless provider.
SMS Privacy and Mobile Opt In Data
Refresh respects your privacy. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and text messaging consent information will not be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Refresh may share limited information with service providers only as necessary to operate Refresh websites, applications, communication systems, scheduling platforms, the My Refresh rewards app, verification systems, SMS delivery systems, customer support systems, fraud prevention systems, or other operational services.
Any such service providers are permitted to use the information only as necessary to provide services to Refresh and are required to protect the information through appropriate confidentiality, security, and data protection obligations.
Your use of Refresh platforms is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your information is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected.
